Today was a great start of the Jakarta Eye Center International Meeting (JECIM) 2020. A full day session was dedicated to Hospital Management, where dr. ir. Koen Vermeer, director of the research department of the Rotterdam Eye Hospital was invited to present on 'AI and Innovation in the Rotterdam Eye Hospital'.
The intraoperative diathermy forceps of Koen van Overdam, applications of the VR surgical robot (by PRECEYES B.V.) of Koorosh Faridpooya and the AI glaucoma screening project of Hans Lemij were discussed.
